What you get
One named recruiter. You are not handed to whoever is free. A recruiter matched to your industry, seniority levels and location is assigned to you, and they stay on your account.
Your openings, worked continuously. They take your job requirements, source and screen candidates against the real tasks of each role, run the first conversations and put forward masked shortlists, the way every recruiter on the platform does, with the platform's applicant tracking system and AI copilot doing the clerical work.
One fixed monthly fee. Not a percentage of each hire. The fee depends on how many job openings you need handled in a month, in tiers, so you pay for the capacity you use.
The same protections as the rest of the platform. Candidate identity stays masked until interview. Jobs worked through Virtual HR are listed without your company name until a job seeker is selected.
How the fee works
You pick a plan based on the number of openings you want handled each month. The fee is charged monthly and does not change with how many of those openings close. In India, plans start from ₹15,000 a month plus GST. Exact tiers are being finalised, and we will confirm the tier and the fee in writing before you commit to anything.
Other countries open as each is licensed to run Virtual HR. Until your country is open, you can hire through self-serve posting, which is live everywhere the job portal is.
When it fits
Virtual HR suits you when:
- You hire steadily, a few roles most months, and a per-hire fee adds up.
- You have no in-house recruiter, or your HR lead is spending their week on sourcing instead of on the people already in the company.
- You want one person who knows your company rather than a different agency desk for every role.
- You prefer a predictable monthly cost to variable fees.
When it doesn't
It is the wrong choice when you hire once or twice a year. Managed Service, where you pay only when someone joins, costs you nothing in the months you are not hiring. It is also the wrong shape for bulk hiring of hundreds of people at once, which needs a different kind of operation.
How it differs from the other ways to hire
Self-serve posting: you run the hiring and applicants come to you. Managed Service: a team of recruiters works one role and you pay a placement fee on joining.
