Why we built it
Recruitment is still mostly a hand-run business. Thousands of independent consultancies each hold a small network, a spreadsheet and a phone. Companies work around that by sending one role to several agencies and refereeing the result, or by posting on a job board and reading a flood of applications.
We are not trying to replace those recruiters. We are putting them on a platform. The role goes to a matched team of specialists, each with a different network. Matching is done on the real tasks of the job rather than on keywords in a CV. The applicant tracking, payments and follow-ups are handled once, in one place.
